Smokey Bacon Beef Burgers

Using a muffin pan to cook your burgers makes quick, easy work of making many all at one time without having grease splatter all over your stovetop.

2 lb pastured bacon

12 lbs ground grass-fed beef

1/2 cup smoked paprika

1/4 cup fine Himalayan sea salt

2 Tbsp ground black pepper

Method: Preheat oven to 400-degrees.

Using kitchen shears, cut bacon into 1/2” cubes.

Place a large skillet over medium heat and cook bacon gently, just until it STARTS to brown (do NOT fry your bacon crispy!)

Set aside.

Place all ingredients, including cooked bacon, in a large bin. Use hands to combine thoroughly.

Divide meat mixture evenly between 40 muffin cups, pressing down gently so it fits into the cups.

Place muffin pans in preheated oven and bake until golden brown on edges and juices run clear when you press down firmly with the back of a fork.
