Roasted Black Radish


1 lbs black radish, ends sliced off and chopped into chunks.

1/4 cup olive oil or melted ghee

1 Tbsp crushed fennel seed

1 tsp Himalayan sea salt

1/2 tsp ground black pepper

Method: Toss all together and spread on sheet pan. Roast at 400-degrees until fork tender.

Serves 4.
