Italian Summer Pizza


1 Cauliflower Pizza Crust, baked 30 minutes, as directed INSERT LINK HERE

1/3 cup pesto

1/4 cup pizza or pasta sauce (or 1/2 cup halved grape tomatoes)

1/3 cup marinated artichokes, chopped

1/3 cup kalamata olives, pitted and chopped

1/4 cup shaved or grated fresh Parmesan or Romano cheese, if desired

1 tsp sesame seed

1 tsp extra virgin olive oil

Method: Preheat oven to 350-degrees.

Spread pesto evenly over cold pre-baked crust. Dollop teaspoons of pizza sauce (or tomatoes) over top. Add artichokes and olives and sprinkle with cheese, if using.

Brush rim of crust with olive oil and sprinkle with sesame seed. 

Bake until cheese is bubbling and crust is deep golden brown.
