Garlic-Infused Balsmamic Reduction

This balsamic reduction is a great sauce for meat or fish.

You can also use it instead of plain balsamic vinegar in salad dressing.


1 500-ml jar organic balsamic vinegar

8-10 cloves of garlic, peeled

1/4 tsp fine Himalayan sea salt

1/8 tsp ground black pepper

Method: Combine balsamic vinegar and garlic cloves in an UNCOVERED medium saucepot.

Set over high heat and bring to a boil.

Lower heat and let simmer until reduced down to 1/2 cup.

Remove from heat and strain out garlic cloves. Stir in salt and pepper.


Store leftovers in a glass jar at room temperature.
