Fat Bombs are simply a mixture of raw ultra dark chocolate and our favourite super healthy fats - ghee and coconut oil. By adding extra fat to the dark chocolate, you reduce insulin response and up the satiety factor. Just one fat bomb will cut your craving for sweet/chocolate and provide enough energy to get you to your next meal, or even postpone it, extending your fasting window.
450g raw dark (80%+ cacao) chocolate, chopped
225g organic virgin coconut oil
Line 48 mini muffin cups with liners (foil liners work best).
Method: Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Set over low heat and stir until all is melted together.
Fill each muffin cup. Set pan into fridge or freezer until fat bombs are solid.
