Creamy Pesto Salad Dressing
1 cup Brazil Nut Pesto
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon, freshly squeezed
2 egg yolks
Method: Place all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until smooth.
Store in a glass jar in the refrigerator, up to 1 week.
