Cauliflower Hummus


1/2 head cauliflower(about 3 cups of florets), steamed until fork-tender

1/3 cup tahini

2 Tbsp pastured bacon grease

2 cloves garlic, chopped

1 tsp fine Himalayan sea salt

1/4 tsp ground black pepper

Kalamata olives, olive oil and paprika, for garnish, if desired

Method: Place all ingredients in bowl of food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy. Turn out into a bowl and garnish as desired.
