Balsamic Salad Dressing


1/3 cup balsamic vinegar

1 Tbsp dijon mustard

2/3 cup olive oil

1/2 tsp fine Himalayan sea salt

1/4 tsp ground black pepper

2 tsp Italian seasoning mix

Method: Combine balsamic vinegar and dijon mustard in a small glass bowl. Whisk until smooth.

While whisking, slowly drizzle in the olive oil.

Whisk in salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.

Store in a glass jar in the fridge.
