6 cups almond flour
3 cups coconut flour
2 Tbsp baking soda
4 tsp cream of tartar
1 1 /2 tsp fine Himalayan sea salt
1 tsp baking powder
Whisk all of the ingredients together in a large bowl. Pour into an airtight container. Store in the pantry for up to 1 month.
Shake container to break up any clumps before measuring and using for recipes.
